**1. Adhocracy Culture Score** 

**Questions:** Q1–Q5 (5 questions) 

**Max Points:** 25 (5 questions × 5-point scale) 

**Interpretation:** 

- **20–25:** **Strong alignment** (thrives in ambiguity, innovation, risk-taking). 

- **10–19:** **Moderate alignment** (adaptable but may need occasional structure). 

- **≤9:** **Low alignment** (prefers stability, resists change). 

 

**2. Clan Culture Score** 

**Questions:** Q6–Q9 (4 questions) 

**Max Points:** 20 (4 questions × 5-point scale) 

**Interpretation:** 

- **16–20:** **Strong alignment** (values collaboration, consensus, team harmony). 

- **8–15:** **Moderate alignment** (works well in teams but may prioritize individual goals occasionally). 

- **≤7:** **Low alignment** (prefers independence over teamwork). 

 

**3. Hybrid Culture Fit Score** 

**Total Max Points:** 45 (Adhocracy 25 + Clan 20) 

**Interpretation:** 

- **≥35:** **Strong hybrid fit** (excels in roles requiring innovation + collaboration). 

- **20–34:** **Moderate hybrid fit** (adaptable but may need support in one area). 

- **≤19:** **Misaligned** (likely struggles with ambiguity or teamwork).

**Key Features of the New System** 

1. **Balanced Weighting:** 

   - Both cultures use a **5-point scale per question** (e.g., Strongly Disagree = 1, Strongly Agree = 5), ensuring fairness and granularity. 

 

2. **Simplified Interpretation:** 

   - Scores categorize candidates into **Strong/Moderate/Low** alignment tiers for quick decision-making. 

 

3. **Hybrid Benchmark:** 

   - Emphasizes the hybrid culture (innovation + collaboration) with a **total score threshold** (≥35). 

 

4. **Actionable Insights:** 

   - Example: A candidate scoring **Adhocracy 18/25** and **Clan 16/20** (Total 34/45) would need mentorship in risk-taking but excel in teamwork.
